CHOOSING US
We are often asked why One Call Logistics should be chosen to haul or transport items rather than other companies. Whether it be from a manufacturer, a direct customer, or even a referral, we want you to feel at ease when you make your decision. The decision should be an easy one based off customer reviews, experience, and customer service. However, we understand there are many other factors that come into ultimately making the decision of who to hire to transport your goods.

TEAM
Our experienced and dedicated team is here to assist you the entire way when scheduling a transportation service with us. All of our agents are able to answer your questions in a timely matter and make the process easier on you. We also offer many different ways to stay in touch. You are able to call, text, and email us at anytime. We understand not everyone has the ability to answer the phone all of the time so we have incorporated a texting option which is very beneficial and many customers have chosen that as their preferred contact method.

DRIVERS
The ones who make it all happen! All of our drivers are trained and licensed professionals that treat your goods as if it were their own. All drivers have over 5 years of experience. During the transportation period, you will have communication with your driver and the agent who you've been working with the entire time. Knowing when to expect your shipment to be picked up, and when it will be delivered will always be relayed to you by an agent or the driver directly. We know staying in touch and providing updates frequently can makes things go smoothly. Communication is definitely key!

COMPETITIVE
We stay competitive with all quotes! Knowing your budget, timeline, and priorities can make this easier on us. When choosing us as your transport company, discussing a budget and knowing what you are expecting/needing directly as a customer is very helpful for us. Although we can not accommodate all budgets, we take a lot of different options into consideration when providing a quick competitive quote. For any quotes, you can call/text us at (800) 674-8441 or email quotes@one-calllogistics.com and an agent will get back to you as quickly as possible.

SOCIAL MEDIA
We are an active user of most social media platforms and consistently post photos of the items/goods we are transporting!
